Common materials include PVC, PET, and TPU, which have good cutting resistance, flexibility, breathability, surface friction, and good electrical conductivity. According to different application requirements, cutting pads of different materials and specifications can be selected.

The next step is the cutting process, which is usually carried out using a high-frequency vibration cutting machine, which has the advantages of fast cutting speed, high precision, and stable performance. By automatically adjusting the pressure plate tool, it is possible to prevent hooking, ensure smooth cutting, and avoid burrs. In addition, the production of cutting resistant pads also involves the classification and production of special models, such as being divided into two types based on the skeleton layer: with strong layer and without strong layer. The thickness of the strong layer can come in various specifications such as 2.5mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, etc. The service life and daily maintenance during use are also factors that need to be considered in the production process. For example, the operating equipment of the felt belt needs to be kept stable, the pneumatic air source pressure should be stable, the levelness and parallelism between each guide roller should be consistent to ensure that the felt belt does not deviate, and the cutting depth should be controlled between 0.30mm-0.50mm to ensure the performance and service life of the cutting pad
