Types of Easel
Wood Tripod Easel
The canvas holder and support are secured with screw fasteners, making them easy to handle. The design allows for flexible positioning of the canvas, even for smaller canvas sizes.
Wooden Shop Display Stand
The robust tripod type easel made of beech lumber with a stable tripod base. The canvas holders are adjustable in height that can accommodate a canvas up to 125 cm for displaying artworks or menu board.
Wood Studio Easel
There are three canvas holders which can hold two painting panels or displaying artworks. The lifting mechanism operates with a claw-type mechanism, It can adjust the height of canvases up to maximium180 cm vertically.

1. To minimize shadows, ensure your canvas is centered and in line with the canvas holder.
2. Paint from the top to the bottom to avoid paint transferring from your hand onto the canvas.
3. Check the sturdiness and balance of your easel before you start painting to avoid having to adjust it later on.
4. Place your easel where the light hits your canvas as evenly as possible (you can use additional lighting to do so if you need).
5. Tabletop easels don't usually have rubber feet to keep them from sliding, so place a tea towel or non-stick mat beneath yours before you begin.

Component production: Cut materials according to the design drawings and make various components of the easel, such as brackets, bases, etc.
Detail processing: Fine machining of components, such as polishing edges and installing necessary accessories (such as sliding grooves, spring hooks, etc.).
Assembly process: Assemble the various components together according to the design drawings, ensuring that each part is tightly connected and the structure is stable.
Adjustment testing: After assembly, perform functional testing to ensure that all components of the easel can be used smoothly.
